Return Policy:
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or
incomplete upon delivery, please submit a return request through the Evaly app
or website within 7 days of the delivery date.
For electronic appliances and mobile phones, issues that
arise after use or beyond the return period should be checked for coverage
under the seller's or brand's warranty.
For specific categories, returns due to a change of mind are
allowed. Please see the "Return Policy per Category" section for
details.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item due to a
change of mind, we accommodate such requests within the specified period,
following our Return Policy's conditions.
Defective or Malfunctioning Products: Items that are
physically damaged, broken, or do not function correctly (e.g., won't turn on).
Incomplete Orders: Orders with missing items or
accessories
Wrong Item Shipped: Includes incorrect products, sizes,
colors, counterfeit, or expired items.
Unsatisfactory Quality: If the delivered product does not
match its description or picture (e.g., not as advertised).
- Incorrect Size/Color: If the delivered product does not
fit or is the wrong size or color.
Return Policy by Category:

Phones & Accessories:
1 Items such as Phones, Tablets, Batteries, Chargers,
Earphones, and Headsets are not eligible for return due to a change of mind.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or
incomplete, a refund will be provided based on Big Bazar Mart assessment.
Note:
We do not accept returns for used items. For mobile
phones, if the device is dead on arrival (i.e., does not turn on), you can
request a return through Evaly. If the phone has already been activated (SIM
card inserted or connected to Wi-Fi), contact the seller or brand warranty
provider for warranty information.
Fashion & Lifestyle:
Categories like Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes, and
Accessories are eligible for return and refund if you change your mind.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, a
refund will be provided based on Big Bazar Mart assessment. Items must be
unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their tags intact. Used items will be
rejected and returned.
Non-returnable items: Custom-made items, fine jewelry
(gold, diamonds, gems, etc.).
Home Appliances & Electronics:
Returns due to a change of mind are not allowed. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, a
refund will be issued based on Big Bazar Mart assessment.

Categories include Makeup, Fragrance, Moisturizers,
Creams, Oils, Personal Care, and more. Returns due to a change of mind are not
allowed. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items will be
refunded based on Big Bazar Mart assessment.
Note: For device-related issues after usage or outside the
return policy period, check for coverage under the Seller or Brand Warranty.
Computers & Accessories:
- Items like Laptops, Components, Projectors, Storage, and
Software CDs are not eligible for return due to a change of mind.
- If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or
incomplete, a refund will be provided based on Big Bazar Mart assessment.
Note:
- Returns for used items are not accepted. For laptops,
if the device is dead on arrival (i.e., does not turn on), returns are
accepted. For other issues, contact the seller or brand for warranty details.
- Non-returnable items: All software labeled as
non-returnable on the product details page. For software-related technical or
installation issues, contact the brand warranty provider.
Home & Living:
- Categories include Bedding, Furniture, Kitchen &
Dining, Home Décor, and more. Returns due to a change of mind are not allowed.
